She is a kettlebell and durability specialist exploring different plans and levels of strength to optimize the human body.. Sarah believes everyone has the ability to move well with strength, power, and grace.
Coach Natalie is a highly qualified fitness professional dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Armed with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her fitness training business.

Coach Dylan is a former athlete, exercise addict, and passionate fitness coach!
He is all about empowering people to become athletes of life. His mission is to guide others toward becoming as strong, functional, and resilient as possible, empowering them to live their most athletic, energetic lives. With over a decade of experience in Strength & Conditioning, Lisa is certified as a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and NASM Personal Trainer, specializing in Senior Fitness. Since discovering her passion for CrossFit in 2011, she has transformed her own fitness journey and now channels that same energy to help others unlock their full potential. Her expertise in Olympic lifting and nutrition allows her to focus on building functional strength, achieving lasting results, and fostering confidence in her clients.
With her certification in Senior Fitness, Lisa has recently worked extensively with clients ages 65 and over. Her age-appropriate training combines functional movement, flexibility, and balance exercises to support cognitive health and ensure that they can continue to enjoy independent, fulfilling lives.

Coach Tania has been guiding individuals on their fitness and nutrition journeys for 6 years, leading them to their strongest selves. She began her fitness career in July 2018 after losing her mother to breast cancer. Leaving corporate life behind, Tania found healing through fitness and now helps others level up with transformative movement and balanced nutrition.
Her career has included fitness brands such as Orangetheory, Spenga Fort Lauderdale, Roar, and LFT Lab, reinforcing her philosophy that the magic happens at the intersection of cardio, strength, and flexibility.
