You’ll lift barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight with purpose, following a carefully designed monthly program that builds over time. It’s the kind of intelligent training typically reserved for personal coaching—brought to life in a group setting that’s social, supportive, and seriously effective.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Looking for focused attention in a more intimate setting? We offer semi-private personal training (2–4 people per session) and 1-on-1 coaching tailored to your goals. Our private training zone offers a refined, distraction-free space so you can train with intention and precision.

Prefer to follow your own strength training or conditioning program? Our open gym membership gives you full access to our state-of-the-art fitness facility, outfitted with premium equipment and a motivating atmosphere.

Whether you're a seasoned lifter or simply want the flexibility to train solo, you'll find everything you need—from platforms and barbells to turf space and mobility tools. And if you ever want expert programming or coaching support, it’s available when you’re ready.

Coach Natalie is a highly qualified fitness professional dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Armed with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her fitness training business.

Coach Natalie's own impactful experience with fitness has been a driving force in her mission to empower others. She understands the transformative power of structured, purposeful movement in creating a balanced and joyful life. Whether she's leading group fitness classes or providing one-on-one training, her passion is in building a sense of community and fostering an environment where her clients can thrive.

COACH Sarah

Coach Sarah teaches healthy habits to create a balanced lifestyle in and out of the gym. Helping you find your “why” will help you become and stay motivated on your path to wellness. By creating specific and personal goals, Sarah will guide you to tap into your fullest potential.

Coach Sarah focuses on building strength from the ground up by creating a strong foundation of movement quality before adding load. She is a kettlebell and durability specialist exploring different plans and levels of strength to optimize the human body.. Sarah believes everyone has the ability to move well with strength, power, and grace.
